One of the downsides to this camera however is that it does not come with any picture editing software in the box so if you are a first time camera buyer and do not have any software, you will have to go out and buy some. Regardless, it is a quality camera with a good amount of features at a low price so if you are in the market for a new camera in the $200-$300 price range, it should be considered, especially if you are a fan of Olympus cameras. It is reliable and is not going to break down in a few years with normal wear and tear. Obviously, if you abuse the camera it will not last nearly that long but durability is an important factor to consider when choosing a camera and the Olympus line of cameras have shown to be durable over the years.
